The Brotherhood
We are brothers in arms, becoming better versions of ourselves
From the moment someone walks into or joins our brotherhood we treat them as a family member. We all know how important it is to feel good at a place, to be welcomed to be seen and heard.
In our Brotherhood we have a holistic approach to help everyone. We have a daily program from Sunday till Friday in which everyone participates.
Our program:
- Kundalini meditation classes
- Different workshops from ex-drug/alcohol addicts
- Physical training sessions from a certified trainer
- Pshycho-Social counseling sessions from a certified Therapist
- Blind faith sessions
- Ask me anything sessions
- Satsang classes
- Yoga
- Small group communication sessions
- Game time for boardgames, playing football, competitions etc.
- Family counseling
- Creative & Music sessions
Taking responsibility
Every brother gets appointed towards a certain task once they have stayed for a little while. This continuously rotates so that our brothers learn different skills and responsibilities.
Some examples of these tasks are:
- Chief
- Supervisor
- Security
- Helping hand in the kitchen
- Care taker of some of the older brothers in need
- Keeping the garden in check
- Grocery shoppers
Our brothers stay for 3-6 months and we have daily programs which help them overcome their struggles.
In our rehab we see everyone as a brother. We are with young and old, stimulating each other to connect, bond and open up. Together we can grow and overcome our struggles.
